I. love. the Blue Fairy. I love her rotoscopy little graceful hands and her little dime store magic wand. In fact, I love how the whole outfit looks like the same outfit you would get if your mom was playing the blue fairy for your school play, circa 1940. She would pull her blue evening gown out of her closet and make a wand out of cardboard and this is what you would get.

It sounds like I'm picking on her, but I'm not - I think she's lovely. It actually drives me nuts, the way her dress and hair always end up being huge, for some reason, anytime she shows up in a parade or anything. No, she is sleek and understated - and has sheer sleeves. That's important.

I love Jiminy, too, but nobody should need be told that. It's like saying "I love delicious food", or "I love school holidays". Some things should just be implicitly understood.
