Little Mermaidby ~Tell-Me-Lies

Continuing my retro kick. Ariel in a pseudo-fifties style, with bubbles! The design is extremely simple, but was actually somewhat challenging, as I did it entirely by hand in openCanvas with regular brushes - no vectors or line tool. Her tail does look a bit lumpy, but I'm just going to say that it adds to the organic feel of the piece and slip quietly out the back.

It actually took forever to decide on what shape Ariel's hair should be. The possibilities are literally endless.

And, as an aside, I think this is my 100th Deviation. *Confetti!*
