100 Themes [link]
01 - Introduction A young lady of the Regency period is led into the ballroom for her first dance at her first ball. ~~ ...Apparently, in order to dance with a disembodied hand. O.o So anyway, I'm doing the 100 Themes challenge and decided to attempt doing the themes in order, to stretch my creativity a bit. This is what I wanted to draw as soon as I sat down with the first theme, but it gave me a lot of trouble. I'm very, very weak with backgrounds and no matter what I did, I couldn't get the look I wanted. I also coloured the entire thing twice because I didn't like the style I chose the first time around. So then I finally said to heck with it, made all the layers visible and now I present it to you. I'm still not satisfied with it, but I think it suits this theme to show something totally openly, armature, ugly prebackground and all. Next Theme: 02 - Love |
